This is a beautiful, scarce 2009 Razor Historical Heroes Cut Signature of the 31st U.S president, Herbert Hoover. This authentic cut auto is clear and very legible. This card is encased in a hard plastic Beckett protective case, as it has been authenticated by their company. While Hoover served during one of the most trying times in U.S. history -The Great Depression, he was very accomplished man:
--31st President of the United States--Head of U.S. Food Administration during WWI and became internationally known for his humanatarian efforts--Along with Taft and Trump, one of only 3 presidents that had never been elected to a national political position or governorship, or served as a military general--Often referred to as The Great Engineer. Was a mining and civil engineer and pushed for advancing industry ( promoted development of the Hoover Dam)
***Interesting bit of trivia. Due to FDRs disliking of Hoover, FDR had Hoover\'s name struck from the Hoover Dam, which would officially be known only as Boulder Dam for many years to come--Donated all of his Federal checks to charity
