A.All funds must be received within 7 days from the close of the sale.If payment is not received within 7 days, the item(s) will be placed back into stock & an unpaid item report may be filed with so we may obtain a refund on our listing. Q. How will I know which coin certification number(s) I will be receiving on your multiple quantity listings?

A.We always e-mail the number to you at the same time that we print the shipping label, leave response, & package your purchase for mailing.

When you purchase 4 slabbed coins or more on one invoice where each coin has a denomination of 1 ounce & free USPS First Class shipping already, we will upgrade your shipment to USPS Priority Mail for free.

Q. Do you provide shipping insurance on your coins?

A.Yes. All of our packages containing coins are insured through our Coin Dealer policy through Lloyd's of London. Our policy requires us to use a Delivery Confirmation on items up to $199.99 & a Signature Confirmation for items valued at $200.00 or higher.

Q. Do you ship Internationally & which carrier do you use?

A. Yes, on certain items, we do ship to selected countries & we ship with USPS. For International shipments, we only ship using Express Mail which is the best protection for both you & your purchase.

Q. What are your International shipping charges?

For Canada:

Express Mail-$30.50 for the first item, then $1.70 for each additional item after that.

*However, please wait for us to invoice you first before you pay on a multiple item purchase of 4 items or moreso that we can determine the optimum shipping method for your purchase &in the event that we are able to pass on a further discount, we will do so.
