I have these huge collection of Vintage Fisher Price Sesame Street Little People Family House Playset # 923 + Accessories for sale. This is a two-story brownstone Sesame Street play House that unfolds to reveal a store and is hinged with a chalk board in the middle . Many of the original accessories and figures are Included in this set that you don’t want to miss your chance for they are hard to find these much. The building is in great condition for its age.

They are previously played with and old so normal wears are expected but nothing major. The foam on both beds are flaking, the lamp on the street post is missing, Bert‘s hair has been chewed, wears on one of the yellow chair and the chalks are broken into pieces as you can see on the closeup pictures but they are still playable. The roof of the houseand the chalk board has some white markings as you can see on the closeup pictures as part of being old.

I tried to clean them to the best I can and this set will make a GREAT addition to your collection. They just don’t make toys that last for decades. Please refer to the pictures for more details and you will them all.
