The Feather Pad measures 4 1/2 to 5 Inches wide by5 to 5 1/2 Inches Long. Measurements will vary slightly. All of our Feather pads have a color coordinating smooth cotton pad on the back that the feathers have been glued too. Now all you have to do is add Hot glueto the backing and attach it to anything you like! Be Creative! Feather Pads area must have for all of your costume, millinery and other craft projects.
