27" Old Vintage Antique 1920s Composition Cloth French Boudoir Bed Doll For Sale

Offering acharming old French boudoir bed doll. I do not know her pasthistory I purchased her from a doll estate, but will try to describe her the best I can, hand written tag attached said "1920s bed doll".Unmarked as most of these dolls were reference shows similar dolls made in the 1920s and 1930s by both the French and Germans. Many were used as displays on the bed. This is a composition shoulder head, arms with fingers intact, lower legs with painted molded black heel shoes on "straw" stuffed body. Her body looks to be in nice shape. Well cared for she has cloth papermaterialcovering her legs to protect them, there is also black tape wrapped around her ankle areas (see photos). I have not unwrapped this tape on the ankles to examine, they feel secure. Her fingers retain most of her red nail polish, some wear on hands. Doll has really long legs and composition arms. Her dark blonde wig is lovelyin braids and secure on the head.Wig the look of human hair but may be awell madesaran. I do not see any serious cracks or damage on this shoulder head, I do notice a line repair on the right side of her head below the ear area that has had glue applied. Minor wear throughout. Lady has a wonderful face with painted blue eyes,liner around her eyes with painted eye lashes. There are a few upper hair lashes lefton the eye lids, she has single stroke black brows and closed mouth. There is a beauty mark on the left cheek. Some paint wear on her eyes but nothing terrible, there is coral shadow on the eye lids.Old satin dress is beautiful, clean and in nice conditionstitched up the back as many of the dolls were made that way. There is beautiful brown/black embroidery trim. She wears a fur hairband on her head accented with gold ornaments, vintage pendant around her neck. I do not believe thehair band and necklace are original to this doll, people tend to garnish their bed dolls sometimes with lovely things.There is a net slip under her dress.I have taken plenty of photos.
