of two fraternal organizations in Brownwood Texas.First image is dated to 1921. Shows fellas lined up
with their axes and regalia. They are the MWA
~ Modern Woodmen of America.The other two photos are the identical size and are the same
photo ~ but one is clearer than the other. Neither is dated
but are likely taken slightly later in the 1920s.They show both women and men belonging to two fraternal
organizations...the Modern Woodmen of America (Chapter No. 2154)
& the RNA (Royal Neighbors of America). Both organizations are
closely related. One caters to the needs of men in the community
~ while the other is devoted to women.Photos Measure 7 x 11"

We usually ship all paid items the very next business day! And customers buying several items can expect big savings on shipping costs when we can pack all your purchases together.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING rates are figured on a request basis. International shipping is expensive, so please ask us for the shipping charge before you offer! We only ship international packages by Priority Mail as recommended by Paypal and . We do not use First Class Mail for international shipping because it cannot be tracked or insured. Q: Do you accept offers?

A: Generally, we do not accept offers on our items. We put items on either as sales or "Buy-it-Now". sale items must complete the sale process and will be sold to the high buyer. Buy-it-Now items are available for instant purchase at the price shown.

Q: I live in your area. Can I pick this up if I am the high buyer?

A: Yes, of course. All of our items are available for pick up at our Anaheim warehouse. We do not charge a pick-up fee and you will save the shipping costs.

Q: Can I come and see this thing before I offer?

A: Yes, we always welcome personal inspection of any items. Keep in mind this is a big place in two buildings with at least 2,000 items for sale at any time... a real warehouse operation. Always let us know you're coming... and our address and directions are available by clicking that little "ME" icon near our user name near the top of the listing. You'll come into the front office and we'll be glad to bring any item out for you... but you can't walk around and shop. It's not a retail store.

Q: What's the history on this? Where did you get it? How old is it?

A: Our things come from complete estate purchases and bulk unclaimed storage purchases and are selected from thousands of items a month passing through our hands. We obviously can't talk to the previous owner about the items we purchase, so we generally know nothing about the item's past history.

Q: Why is shipping so high? The post office ads on TV say things can ship for $5.95.

A: Shipping and postage rates have gone way up over recent times. While some small things may indeed fit in that tiny flat rate box, most anything will need some sort of packaging materials to protect it, and that means a bigger box. We refuse to ship anything that's not safely packed, and sometimes that also means a bigger box. Other sellers think their responsibility ends when the package leaves them, but we know you want your purchase to arrive safely... and we do too.
