This sale is for 3 pairs of vintage - Victorian eye glasses. The oval pair (without the side arms) suspend over the bridge of your nose and have an attached hair pin for security. They are signed on the reverse of the nose bridge 14K SUR FIT. Eyeglasses are 4.25 inches across and the lens is 1.5 inches tall. The chain is 9.5 inches long and pin is 2&5/8 long. The second gold pain pin may also be 14K but I see no marks. The chain is 8.25 inches long with no attachment ring at the end. The pin itself is 2.5 inches long. The octagon shaped glasses look to be white gold plated and are only marked o the back of the bridge of the nose piece with a 4 I a circle, an empty circle and a 6 in a circle. Decorative engraving o the side arms. 4.25 inches full length across lenses and each lens is 1.5 inches tall. Case is marked H. Eugene Douds, M.D. Beaver Falls, Pa. The last pair I would call cupcake shaped are marked 1 - 10 - 12K. Side arms and nose pads are an ivory marble plastic or celluloid. Lenses are 4&3/8 inches across lenses and are 1.5 inches tall. Case is marked P.J. Maloney 6144 Jenkins Arcade Pittsburgh, PA. There is also the original lens cleaning cloth included and is marked Prescribed for Comfort and better appearance Soft Lite Lenses P.J.
