If you send packages to us or our warehouses without first contacting us, you relinquish all remedies under our Damage and Defect Replacement Guarantee Program.
Almost all of our items come with an additional guarantee in the form of a Manufacturer Warranty. Most Manufacturer Warranties span from several months after purchase all the way to Lifetime warranties. Please note that some warranties are limited and cover parts and not labor, and some have other restrictions against customer misuse etc. We do not service or fulfill Manufacturer Warranties. As such, you must contact the Manufacturer directly to obtain any fulfillment of any and all Manufacturer Warranties.
