For years we have replaced clutches that were burnt up and torn apart due to over heating, for operator use. We will no longer do this. The only reason that a clutch will burn up is from the engine not having enough RPMs to enguage the clutch or being over loaded due to gear ratio being incorrect. If your old clutch was burnt looking you need to make sure all is correct before installing a new one, it can burn up on the first use. There are sellers selling items similar or just like ours, some may be less in cost or shipping. So why should you buy from us... Notice that we have 100% Positive response...This is because we KNOW what customer service is and we KNOW that we are responsible for loss or damage during shipping and will immediately replace any item that is shipped in the US if it is lost or damaged. These others do not say this actually they say that they are NOT responsible.
Our policy is simple... Items shipped by USPS Priority mail is not a 2-3 day definite delivery time. It can take up to 3 weeks to get delivered. The post office says to allow 21 working days to receive a priority mail package. Once it has been 21 working days we will reship your item if it does not show delivery. This does not apply to out of the country shipments.
If it is shipped with UPS and the delivery date on the tracking # has passed or tracking # does not show movement just call or email us. We will contact UPS and find out where your package is. If you get a item that has been damaged, just email or call us we will replace it. All that we ask is that you help us in filing the claim. We will do all of the calling to UPS so that you do not spend your time on hold. We do not make you wait until we get paid through the carrier. As soon as we are notified by the carrier that they have inspected the item or picked it up(normally within 24 to 48 hrs) we will reship your item.
If we ever make a mistake and ship you the incorrect item, please just email or call us. We will send UPS to pick the item up from you or if you can not be home we will email you a return label that you can print out and just hand the item to any UPS driver, drop off center or drop box. As soon as we see that the item is in transit we will reship the correct item. We are not perfect and do mess up sometimes.
The bottom line here is we will make it right.
