35mm Print Disney's Mary Poppins Tech, Complete Feature Nice:
Up for sale is a complete 35mm print of Walt Disney's fabulous Mary Poppins! This is a Technicolor print with no trace of Vinegar that I could detect! Just the great smell of film! Please feel free to ask questions and I will do my best to answer.
Picture heading this listing is for illustrative purposes and is NOT from the actual print. The close-up images are from the heads of Reels #1-4. I do not have a scanner with a back-light, so I have done my best with a still-camera. Any apparent focus discrepancies and spots of glare are from my camera work, the print looks sharp and original. I will try to get more photos finished before the week is out along with more specific information on the print's condition. Unfortunately, I do not have the means to project this print, but I should be able to inspect more fully it before the sale ends. Thank you for looking! The film is currently on eight cores in film cans and will be shipped that way. This film is heavy! I may have to ship in two packages, if so I will have to invoice the shipping at the end of the sale. Insurance will be included in shipping. Thank you!

UPDATE: There have been many questions regarding the condition of the print. Unfortunately, I don't have regular access to 35mm rewinds-etc, and thus was unable to fully inspect the print until last night. It was actually a projectionist friend of mine who did the inspection, for the most part. I just watched and asked questions. Here is what he and I noted about the print's condition:All original heads/tails, some uncut, some cut and reattached via professional looking cement splices. Few if any splices. No perf damage.Scratches-- I'm going to quote from my projectionist friend's notes here: "moderate base scratches throughout, light emulsion scratches throughout-- no emulsion scratched off (scratches light and black, not heavy and green)."I hope that helps any potential buyers make their decision!
