- Quality assembled 36" fireplace glass door set
- Set consists of 4 sections witheach sectioncontaining 1panel of glass and a top and bottom aluminum channel. 4 panels make up the fireplace glass door set. This set does not require any type of frame as long as you have one of themodels listed below. Please do not order unless you specifically have one of the models listed below, otherwise it will not fit into your fireplace opening.

- Please note this glass is not rated for wood burning fires with doors closed. Handle color or finish can change without notice due to changes in production.
If your home or fireplace was built pre 1997 please advise. This requires a small change on the pivot pin location which can be done here prior to shipment. If not, then the doors will be shipped with pins in the default position (units built 1997 and newer).
Payment, Returns & Checkout Information
You may return merchandise purchased for a refund or a replacement, provided that the procedures and requirements referred to in our return policy are followed. All product returns require a return authorization number (RA). A RA number must be issued within 30 calendar days after the date of purchase; it will be valid for 14 calendar days after it is issued.
Refunds are applied to the payment method used at the time of purchase within 7 days after receipt of the returned merchandise. We will only refund the value of the merchandise returned, not the shipping charge.
If you purchased a product from that you wish to exchange for an alternative, you can return the item for a refund and simply place a new order for the item you desire. We do not apply a refund credit to your new purchase.
All Packages are inspected for damage before they ship from our warehouse. If your package has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We must be informed of all shipping related claims within3 business day after the date of receipt. We do not issue refunds for returns of damaged merchandise. An item that was discovered damaged upon receipt will be replaced with the same model only.
Return shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to our store) is like or comparable to your cost of driving to any store for returning an item, which is not reimbursable. Therefore, we do not reimburse any return shipping cost.
We will send a product replacement after the authorized return has completed our receiving/inspection process. The replacement will ship within four business days following our receipt of your return. Please allow additional processing time after Holidays. Although it is our goal to ship a replacement as quickly as possible, we do not send replacements before we receive and inspect the returned merchandise. To receive a replacement more quickly, you may place a new order for the same item (shipping not included), and we will issue a refund for the full value of the returned product (including shipping), upon completion of our return process.
Pleaseinitiate thereturn in 's automated return system. All returned merchandise must be in original condition, and must include the original factory box and factory packaging (e.g. foam, plastic, wrappings, etc.), and all instruction booklets and paperwork. The RA number or any other inscriptions must not be written or printed on the product box or packaging. We will not process the return if any of these conditions are not followed.

Retuned merchandise that is lost or damaged during transit is solely the shipper's responsibility. It is important save the tracking information and to properly insure all merchandise being returned to MFG Components, LLC.

Any and all warranties provided for any products sold or distributed by MFG Components, LLC shall be limited to those expressly provided by the manufacturer of those products. To the extent permitted by applicable law, MFG Components, LLC expressly disclaims any and all other warranties, whether expressed or implied, and whether arising by operation of law, course of dealing, usage, trade or otherwise, and expressly excludes and disclaims any and all implied warranties including, but not limited to, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

MFG Components, LLC does not and shall not assume any liability whatsoever for use of, or defects which may be claimed in, any products sold or distributed by MFG Components, LLC (the “Products”) on Inc. (the “Site”). With regard to communication with MFG Components, LLC technical sales staff, it is agreed and acknowledged that MFG Components, LLC technical sales staff is only provided to assist in the identification of the Products. MFG Components, LLC technical sales staff does not and shall not assume any responsibility or liability whatsoever relating to the installation or use of any Products. The customer is advised to seek the assistance of a qualified licensed installer to ensure the proper selection and installation of any of the Products and compliance with local codes and ordinances. MFG Components, LLC expressly disclaims and shall not be liable for any claims for damage, injury, cost or expense suffered or incurred as a result of or otherwise caused by the installation or use of any of the Products. The customer shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless MFG Components, LLC and its employees, officers, directors, owners and agents, from and against any such claims for damage, injury, cost or expense suffered or incurred as a result of, caused by or otherwise related to the installation or use of the any Products purchased by the customer.
How Long Does It Generally Take To Process An Order?
How long does it generally take to process an order? It takes1-3 business days for us to process an order (prior to shipping it). Once the order has shipped, your estimated time of arrival will be determined by your selected shipping location. Typically this will range from 1 to5 days depending on your location in the United States.
What Should I Do If An Item Is Missing From My Order?
First, verify that you've received a box for each tracking number associated with your order. If all boxes have been delivered but you're still missing an item, check the packing material for small items. Pleasecontact us if you are missing a component. We will send out immediately.

Shipping Hours: All orders ship directly from manufacturing facility and are not available for pickup. All orders received after 12pm will ship the following business day. Any orders received after 12pm on Thursday will ship the next Monday. This is due to each door is opened and checked prior to shipment.
