The round full cut sapphire is 9mm (just sju of 3/8th of an inch) in diameter. The ring measures 10mm NS on the finger.The inside of the band is marked 925 for sterling. Notice the beautiful daisy design of the silver filigree setting and band. This is an exquisite rendition of an antique filigree ring; and it is ready to wear.
