Up for sale today are4 earthenware plates by Pier 1.
Made in Italy, these 11-3/4\" plates are in the \"Sophie\" pattern. I believe this pattern is discontinued. These large plates could be termed chop plates or use them as dinner plates.
This version of Sophie has a wide green band around the rim. Lovely hand painted floral design in the center with a rustic brown pinstripe around the very outside.
Marked on the base \"Earthenware Exclusively for Pier 1 \"Sophie\" Dishwasher Safe Not Microwave Safe Italy-Italie\".
Here\'s a impressive set of hand painted earthenware from Pier 1 in a scarce pattern. Have fun assembling a set or just mix and match with other Pier 1 earthenware patterns! These are heavy stoneware plates.We have a few additional plates that we have not listed yet if you are looking for more!
