Set of Eames DSW dowel based chairs made by Herman Miller dating from the late 50s/early 60s including two of the rarest most valuable colours greige and brown.

In parchment (off-white), greige,light ochreand brown original coloured fiberglass shells mounted onshockmountswithnew walnut bases.

Original Herman Miller stamps on all shells.

We infinitely prefer the original fibreglass shells to the modern polypropylene versions, as the patina is so lovely and they wear so nicely - a very important consideration with a house full of kids!

In overall very good condition with just acouple ofvery small scuffs and markshere and there in keeping withtheir age but nothing noticable. (please see photos).

A stunning set of chairs - total classic, very collectableset which would brighten up any room.

Theseatsand baseswill be dismantled for safer shipping but can be bought fully assembled if so desired - please message.
