Randomassortment offive littlehand-crafted stone pendant necklaces, with short rubbercords. Each pendant is made with araw crystal, rock,stone, or mineral shard\"cagewrapped\" inside a twisting wire spiral. The stone shards are usually15mm to 18mmin length (a little morethan half an inch toabout three quarters of an inch),and theyusually have a slim, narrow shape.

The short rubber cords are 18 inches long, with an extender chain that can add another inch or so to the length. They are fastened with a silvertone lobster clasp.

Thetiny spiral cage findings are made with unusuallystrong wire for their size. This meansthat the cages can be expanded and thoroughly re-shaped with pliers, and willhold their final shape. I stretch, bend,and shape the wire, custom fitting it to each stone. The end result is somewhere betweentraditional wire-wrapped and caged stones, so I describe this as a \"cagewrapped\" style.The stone is held inplace by the natural tension of the tempered steel wire, so the stone is stillpristine - there is no glue involved, and the stones have not been drilled.
