SHIPPING SERVICES OFFERED
Among the shipping services ShopBestLove offers includes are but not limited to; USPS First Class, USPS Parcel, USPS Priority,
USPS First Class International, USPS Priority International, UPS Ground, FedEx Ground. Overnight, or Next day are not offered at this time.
*International Shipping is no longer available.
*Conventionally shipping used for international orders are; UPS, FEDEX, or USPS Priority. These service are high rate courier services, as they
provide door to door tracking and evidence the package has reached the customer, in addition they provide fast service (as a general rule with in 7 business days).
Some international customers may choose to opt out of the high rate services,
if so cheaper international service are avialable for orders up to 4 lbs.
Cheaper services do not offer tracking or confirmation, and delivery times may take upto and in some cases beyond 14 business days.
If an international customer chooses to opt out of the upper range rates for their order, the customer must contact us in writing prior to shipping, the customer must understand
cheaper rates will not have tracking and/or confirmation, the customer must agree not to file a case against ShopBestLove in case of delivery issues
due to cheaper services.
ATTEMPTED DELIEVERY / MISSED DELIVERIES:
It is the responsibility of the customer/buyer to provide accurate and up to date shipping address information at the time of sale, including a day time phone number, and with the use of tracking (when applicable) to know the delivery status details of their package/order or parcel.
and to be available and/or make provisions for their courier service to delivery, and to know how to contact or visit their local courier service.
ShopBestLove will not be responsible for extra shipping expenses due to attempted missed deliveries due to parcels that have been returned to sender as a result of the customer/buyer defaulting, and/or not being on hand for delivery, and/or not making
provision for courier delivery, and/or wrong addresses that were provided to the seller at the time of sale.
Payment is accepted in US funds via paypal. International currencies will be converted to
USA equivalent. Payments are expected upon the completion of order(s) or sale.
Handling cost are cost applied to medium to large packages (packages over 2lbs) as a general rule, but are not limited to this rule.
Handling cost include but are not limited to the cost of; shipping containers, void packing materials, printings, special notices and instructions,
warning labels, shipping labels, packing tape. Domestic vs Foreign destination will vary in handling cost. Handling costs are subject to change.
Vintage items are sold as is, without warranty, sales of vintage item(s) are final.
Returned items must contain all parts/pieces and original packing box / shipping carton, RMA no and must be in brand-new, unused, and in re-sell able condition.
A defective item/order must be reported within 15 days after the date of the order.
If the customer is returning an item(s) for the reason other than defective, the cost to return the order is the buyers responsibility.
30 days from the date of purchase for; Jewelry, Apparel, Stuffed Toys. 15 days for all other items
Refunds will not be applied to damaged and mishandled goods.
Shipping / Handling fees are non-recoverable therefore non-refundable.
There are no returns on Built and finished Items, Built Up Models, commissioned Items, Adult Items, International Orders, Vintage items or specialty items.
*Parts Warranty 1 Year on NEW/Unopened Items for certain select brands - Warranty available via manufacteur
*Parts Warranty 30 days on Used/Refurbished items for certain select brands.
The item for sale or listing may contain the The words "Guaranteed" or "Guaranteed To Work". This state refers to a reasonable expectation that the item for sale/listing is functional
and will work, will function, and upon the item being received by the buyer, complete failure to operate occurs, ShopBestLove will in most cases replace and/or issue a credit.
The words used in a listing "Guaranteed" or "Guaranteed To Work" does not imply "new" and/or "unopened" but are not limited to the latter state. In some cases ShopBestlove
will require proof of failing item from the buyer.

DEFECTIVE / NON-DEFECTIVE
*Item(s) arriving at the customer's shipping address Damaged, Broken, and/or Defective, must be reported within 15 days of the sale.
*Defective/damaged/broken item(s) must be returned within 30 days of sale.
*If an item has not been reported defective within the time period given herein, this will be considered non-defective.
*If a defective item has not been returned within 30 days of sale, it will be considered non-defective.
*If an item is returned for defective reasons, and the item has been proven to be non-defective
or if damage/broken items have been determined to be a result of a customer negligence and/or miss-use,
either by not following recommended instructions, not utilizing included parts or pieces, or not
following warnings, or not following tags instructions, stickers, or other instructions, the item(s) in question will not be covered
*Item(s) determined to be non-defective and non-damaged, and returned will be partially covered.
*Item(s) determined to be non-defective and damaged after arrival will not be covered.
*ShopBestLove may as a matter of evidence, ask a given customer to provide, photos and/or documents and/or printouts and/or other forms of evidence of damage.
All item(s) are inspected prior to shipping. The delivery time is between 5-7 Business days after payment has been received.
Most parcels will include tracking number for customer convenience.
Some tracking history such as Foreign tracking may not show on third party web sites, tracking maybe obtained directly thru the given carrier.
