A very nice antique, circa 1890\'s, Gilbert china Rococo style mantel clock. It is hand painted and gilted. In working order: tells the time, coil chimes the hours and halves. Includes a brass pendulum, no key. Case measures 12-3/4\" tall by 11\" wide by 4-1/2\" deep. Very good plus condition: china without cracks or chips, finely crazed - with some pale staining on reverse base, and on front underneath the front door. Enamel decorations unworn, slight gilt wear. The dial rosette is brass with paper dial for numerals. Plain flat glass in brass door.
