14 Day Return Policy
1) Prior to any replacement please contact us for a RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. Please email us for this number.
2) Regardless of the issue, the item must be returned to us (with the RMA#) at the buyers shipping expense. If we receive an item without the RMA# we won't be able to process the claim.
3) Upon receipt of the item and completion of our inspection, a refund or replacement will be processed. If the order is found to be defective and we grant a refund, your original payment will be refunded in full via the original payment method (Credit Card or Paypal). If the order is not found to be defective and we grant a refund, 75% of your original payment will be refunded via the original payment method. If the order is found to be defective and we grant a replacement, you will pay no additional cost.
