As I have no clue about that?! I do try to wash and clean items, But there are some I do not like to risk cleaning, so I leave it up to the buyer.

Please keep in mind you are buying Vintage Items they are not BRAND NEW and they will have minor issues like flea bites, crazing or sometimes a tiny chip if I feel it is something to nice to throw out. But I do Explain this in description. So please READ all description and See all pictures zoomed in.

As of Jan.27,2013 All shipping rates for USPS have increased. Please feel free to go to their site and see the increases.

My bigger & heavier items I will ship the best rate possible for you! I have no control over the cost. I will either ship them FedEx Ground or USPS Parcel Select (available March 1, 2013) hoping that it is still the same as Standard Shipping? Until I have their new rates figured out Please bare with me on shipping costs. For example if I have charged you to much I will send a refund back to you & and If to little I will send a invoice through Paypal for extra shipping needed.

COMBINED SHIPPING

Since I deal in mainly vintage glass wares, I pack with theUtmostcare. I have 20+ years experience in packaging. My packing includes: tissue paper, loose fill (packing peanuts), bubble wrap and, in many cases, the box is also reinforced.

However, if you would prefer your item to be packed and shipped by a postal store, such as UPS or FedEx, please send me a message specifying this option before payment is made so I can send you their statement.

In the unfortunate event, for any reason, you receive your item damaged the following precaution will be enforced in order to receive reimbursement (excluding shipping) or exchange:

-Please provide photographic evidence of your damaged item AND the box it was shipped in. Ask for my email.

*NOTE: The post office will require your photo of the damaged item in order to claim its insured value. I insure items at request or items over $50.00.
