DESCRIPTION:
Here is a lovely old antique bisque shoulder head for Doll Making. Incised on the back of her bisque head is \"370, AM 2-1/2 DEP, Armand Marseille, Made in Germany\". Measures just under 6\" tall, I have shown a ruler to give an idea of size. Measures 10-1/2\" around the head above brows with tape measure. Reference attributes to German maker Armand Marseille, 1880s to 1930, DEP is a registered trade mark or claim used by both the French and Germans. Wears her original long brunette human hair wig that is glued on a pate on her head. Overall wear, some thinning, but nothing too terrible. A beautiful face with fixed open blue glass eyes, the eyes are on a rocker but do not close., brown brows, painted lashes around her eyes, she has open mouth with upper teeth intact. Rose color blush on her lovely face, she has a dimple in her chin. I flashed inside her bisque head and do not see any cracks or hairlines. I have taken plenty of photos.
