60g Vintage Mexican Texan Southwestern Sterling Silver Rose Gold Belt Buckle For Sale

Up for sale is a vintage Mexican sterling silver and 10K rose gold belt buckle with a hand tooled cowhide leather belt. Buckle features beautiful details and elaborately layered sterling silver chasework with a noble Aztec or Native American figure donning a bald eagle mask or headdress in 10K gold relief. It is monogrammed 'E. C.' The leather belt is hand punched to form anuninterruptedscalloped border running the entire length of its edges. Although this is a men's belt, it can be worn by either sex. It measures just under 48 inches long. The leather has softened beautifully and has acquired a gorgeous patina. The silver buckle weighs in at approximately 60 grams. This buckle and belt ensemble is lacking hallmarks. I ran tests on the metals and they have tested positive for high content silver and 10K gold. There is no stitching on this leather, the buckle is held together with rivets and is not removable, and the sterling silver keep is securely stapled in place. There is no major damage to the silver as I can tell except for scuff marks and a slight dent to one corner of the buckle, which can easily be repaired. This can be seen in the photographs.
