The cookbook is previously owned. There is a gift inscription inside the front cover. The divider tabs are lightly bumped. I have seen no tears or stains. There are 150 pages filled with delicious recipes such as Crunchy Cole Slaw, Baked Pork Chops with Oven Browned Potatoes, Chicken Angelo, Apricot Brandy Pound Cake, Fancy Kolacky, and Pumpkin Pecan Pie. Contributors are shown with the recipes. Due to the high number of requests, at this time, I am unable to research contributors or recipes. This cookbook would make an excellent addition to your collection.

This is a non-smoking home; however, most of my items are antique or vintage and have been purchased at estate sales and sales. I\'m sorry, but I am not aware of how the item has been stored or used before I received it. I frequently get asked about odors. I have a fairly \"sensitive\" nose -- if an item has a disagreeable fragrance, that information will be included in the description.Packages mailed to Illinois addresses must be charged Illinois sales tax.I try very hard to please all of my buyers. Please understand that delivery times and the cost of shipping are beyond my control. These are controlled entirely by the Post Office, UPS, and FedEx. Your rating will be for me, not one of these agencies. If you do not feel that you can give all 4\'s or 5\'s on the DSR\'s, please contact me with your concerns BEFORE leaving response. Low ratings affect my income -- it only takes 3 1\'s or 2\'s in any category within a 3 month period (regardless of the volume of sales) to lower my standing. Please do not cost me money because of frustration with the continuously increasing rates from the PO. Most of my items are not listed with shipping included (unfortunately, there\'s no such thing as \"free\" shipping).
