We do offer Expedited shipping options, but due to the variables of weight and distance we would need to give you a customized quote based on your needs. Please call our Customer Service Department to obtain a quote.

All of our items come with a 30-day return policy. During this time any unopened and unused merchandise can be returned at the customers expense for a full refund minus a 20% restocking fee.
All of our items come with a 90-day manufacturers warranty. During this time we will replace and/or assist in repairing any items deemed damaged during shipping or defective from the manufacturer. This warranty does not include wear from normal use and/or damage due to incorrect use of the product.

1. I just purchased an item from you, when will it ship?
If purchased by 12:00pm PST on a business day it will more than likely ship the same day, otherwise, it will usually ship the next business day
2. My item has been marked as shipped and I have a tracking # but it is not showing in FedExs shipping system, whats wrong?
Once a label is printed and we have staged your item for FedEx to pick-up from our warehouse it will typically take up to 24 hours for it to show up in FedExs tracking system. If after 24 hours your shipping information has not been updated, you can contact our Customer Service Department for further assistance.
3. Can you ship to my country / PO Box / Hawaii / Alaska / Puerto Rico / APO?
At this time we only offer shipping to a physical street address located in the 48 continental states.
4. How long will it take to get my item?
Currently, all orders are shipped through our west coast warehouses by FedEx Ground and can take 3 to 7+ business days to arrive. West coast orders usually arrive within 3 business days and East coast orders within 7+ business days.
