All damages and shortages are to be reported to us no later than 3 Days after received, otherwise, the insurance is null and void. Please notify us if you have refused an item so we can except the returned shipment and send you a replacement. In any case, please don't panic and contact us, we will find the best solution to satisfy our buyers.
