the packaging to show some wear and tear during shipping transit so
please be sure to open the boxes and check that there are no damages.
When your item is received, you must inspect it for damages or
shortagesbeforethe driver leaves. DO NOT sign
the freight bill until you have checked your items. If thereare any VISIBLE damages or shortages, REFUSE and it must be written on the freight bill "PACKAGE DAMAGED"
and then signed by you and the truck driver. If the boxes look in good
shape, you can sign and clear the delivery receipt. If you open the box
at home and see something damaged upon opening, please notify us right
away so we can file a claim. All damages and shortages are to be
reported to us no later than 3 Days
after received, otherwise, the
insurance is null and void. Please notify us if you have refused an
item so we can except the returned shipment and send you a replacement.
In any case, please don't panic and contact us, we will find the best
solution to satisfy our buyers.
