We are careful to package well to insure padding in shipment transport so you receive each item in excellent condition. We are not responsible for USPS rules, USPS zip code mail timing options, & USPS limitations based on your location or our location. Order early so you will not have to worry if it will be received by a certain last minute date. If an item is ever broken in shipment it is our strict policy it be shipped back to us prior to us issuing you a refund. Unfortunately, because we have experienced online purchase scams we do require a broken item be shipped back to us by the buyerpriorto any refund being issued. Buyer must pay to ship it back. Once we receive the item we will then refund the buyer for the purchase price & only original shipping cost.
