Refunds & Returns: We appreciate your
business and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However for any
reason you are not satisfied you can send it back for a refund.
For hygiene and health & safety reason we can't give refunds on Cosmetics and
Jewellery Products / Items.
The following conditions apply for refund:-
1. The item must be Returned within 7 days of the date you received it. 2.
Returned items must be in the original condition, not worn or altered and
should be returned with all original packaging
3. The security Tag / label found on some of our items has to be intact. 4. Postageand packaging, to be paid by the buyer, and is non
refundable.
Shipping
1. For Multiple items postage discounts applicable, you can always save
money on post and packaging, please contact us, before paying, we will
calculate postage charges for you. 2. Postageand packaging, to be paid by the buyer, and is non
refundable. 3. Items will hopefully be sent within 24 - 48hours of payment and
cleared funds. Please allow for weekends and Bank Holidays. 4. Normally any payments received for orders before 3:30pm (mon-fri)on these
days, will more than likely be sent out the same day. 5. WE always obtain a certificate of posting for all items posted. So we
accept no responsibility for any items lost or damaged by the post office once
they have left my possession. It will be up to the buyer to claim off of the
post office. 6. If you are in real urgency for your items, please email to find out when
and how soon we can send them out, and/or a date you really need them by, and
we shall do our best to ensure you receive them by then. (all depends on day
ordered and paid for, plus the post office opening times).
