ITEM DESCRIPTION

This sale is for a beautiful antique mantel clock.

Dating to the later 19thC.

House in a lovely mahogany case.

It has a French movement striking every half hour and hour on a gong.

Comes with the original numbered pendulum and two matching keys.

Its in lovely condition, there is a tiny fault to the top of the dial round the little pin that has been put in but its very minor, the glass door on the dial will not close fully - I am not sure what is causing that as there is no damage but its like that nontheless, may well just need adjusting.

I have had the clock running no problem for a day or two now but I noticed that when it strikes it is out by a few hours.

It does need a little bit of tinker but I really think its a nice looking clock.
