What we ask you
Detailed seller ratings are displayed to buyers so that they can assess the level of service we give to our customers, low ratings affect not only our reputation but also our seller rating and can directly affect our monthly seller fees by 20%. We ask you to be fair and fully understand the points below before leaving your star ratings.
Item as described
We always try to give an honest description, any major faults will be described in the listing, however as we sell mostly antique and vintage, age related wear is to be expected, it would be unrealistic to expect your item to be in as new condition, people also have differing perceptions of condition.
Postage & Packaging charges
We do not add excessive charges for packaging; we pack to a very high standard using quality materials as we want your purchase to arrive in one piece. For your protection and ours we usually use insured & tracked postal services. Costs are determined by size and weight....especially when posting overseas. Postal costs are stated in all our listings for UK & USA destinations. We encourage all other overseas buyers to check the shipping cost before offerding.
We keep you informed at every stage of the transaction; please remember to check your inbox for dispatch notices, etc.
We guarantee to dispatch within 3 days but often dispatch by the next day and sometimes the same day once your payment has cleared, if your item has taken longer to arrive than you expected, it has probably been delayed in transit, we suggest that you check the date we marked your item as dispatched by us and track its progress through track & trace using the number provided. We cannot be responsible for delivery delays after we have dispatched.
