Up for your viewing pleasure is: A History of The English Speaking Peoples Volume 1 and 2 by Winston S. Churchill. These books are a Taiwanese pirated edition, they were published in Taiwan around 1964, they are an undated photo-reproduced copy of the Cassell first edition, the only indication of these books belonging to this print run is that the rear of the jackets is stamped: The above volumes are supplied by / BOOK WORLD COMPANY / 15 Hung Yang Road Taipei. These books are much smaller than the British volumes; the jackets are also very different in that they only used 3 colors with a rose on the bottom of the spine and a purple ribbon bookmark. The books are bound in brown cloth with gold gilt title both on the cover and spine.Volume 1 has a miss print; the Acknowledgments page was inserted upside down, this is only on volume 1, volume 2 it is in the proper orientation.
