This rare Antique Victorian Miniature Lion Gilt Brass Chocolate Mould has the Patent Number 336764 impressed along the hinge.I believe that this dates to 1886 but I cannot be certain.
It stands approximately 3 cm high by around 5 cm across and it weighs around 9 grams.The hinge is in good order and works well.Any minor signs of wear are commensurate with age and use and basically consists of some marks to one side.
I have photographed it fully and the photos form part of the description.A superb addition to any similar collection.
