This signed Saxophone Player is possibly from the Art Deco period and probably dates from around 1930-50s or thereabouts.

It stands approximately 5.75 inches high and weighs around 131 grams.

Unfortunately, the figure is in \"as found\" condition, with chips and repairs here and there, but clearly the previous owner valued the figure highly enough to repair it.

To the underneath there is a signature, but I am unable to make this out.

I thought that it may be an example of a Bosse figure-but I cannot be certain.

I think that it is either Austrian or Italian, but those with more knowledge than myself will be able to tell at a glance.

An unusual and characterful addition to any similar collection.
