Product Summary Larry Fritsch Cards obtained the exclusive rights for the All-American Girls Professional Baseball League card series. Featured in the series are cards of the women who made this league a great success in the 1940s and 1950s.

The AAGPBL was conceived, financed and organized by Phillip K. Wrigley, the owner of the Chicago Cubs and a group of colleagues in Chicago in 1943. These women baseball players were feminine pioneers with superb skills who added a totally new dimension to the great American game of baseball.

The card fronts contain B&W photos with colored highlights, backs are two-colored. Printed on high quality, glossy stock and packaged in a multi-color Deluxe Collector’s Box.

Series #2 contains 106 cards. Here’s your chance to own a piece of baseball history. This is the league that the hit movie "A League of Their Own" was based on.
