PS - I do not know the age of the set nor do I know its origins; it was purchased at an sale here in NC. I do know that this sale house receives many fine things from PA. The wooden handles each on each of the utensils all appear to be very old (and quite dry) and there are age cracks present. A very subtle burned appearance on some as if they have been used, but this does not in any way deflect from their beauty. Attached are some closeups of the wooden handles. Note the age cracks in the wooden handle (the darker handle in the middle of first pic) on the larger strainer. I have also included a close up of the old crack on the neck of the tea strainer. My guess is this set is turn of the century or early 1900s.
