Shipping / Handling: Winning buyer agrees to pay shipping and handling calculated at checkout. This cost is determined by item weight and shipping distance, and is in addition to the winning offer. This includes insurance covering loss or damage of the item during transit. We reserve the right to ship direct to you from the manufacturer at our discretion. We ship worldwide! Please contact us for information on shipping or Customs - We specialize in International Shipping - Please see positive response from other International buyers! NOTE: We have no control of delays associated with the Christmas shopping season or any other delays that might result in your package arriving late. There are guaranteed shipping services available, please contact us prior to buying. If you do not arrange for a guaranteed delivery date, then we cannot and will not be held responsible for delays associated with delivery.
Shipping for US Customers: Depending on the item for sale, we ship using USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation, Fedex Ground, and UPS Ground. We can upgrade to faster services upon request. At our discretion, any order valued at over $200 or heavier than 4 pounds may be shipped via UPS or Fedex Ground and may require an adult signature. UPS and Fedex will not deliver to a PO Box. If you cannot provide a physical address, then we can upgrade you to USPS Priority, but this will cost more. Please ask prior to purchasing. Your tracking number will be uploaded to the transaction page, and it is your responsibility as the buyer to track your package(s) until they arrive. Please contact us if you do not receive your tracking number. If you have not received your package within a reasonable time frame or if you are having any trouble, please contact us as soon as possible.
Items marked "Free Shipping": If the item includes free shipping, free shipping applies to the continental 48 states of the USA only. This does not include HI, AK, Guam, PR, Virgin Islands, APO, FPO or any other US territory. At our discretion, there may be additional charges for shipping, and if so we will require you to pay these additional charges before we ship your item. If you have a USA address and do not live in the continental 48 states please contact us and ask about possible additional charges.
Shipping for International Customers: We use First Class, USPS Priority, USPS Express (EMS), and occasionally Fedex International (with oversized packages) to ship your order, and all of these services include tracking/insurance. Your tracking number will be uploaded to the transaction on and it is your responsibility as a customer to track your package(s) until they arrive. For packages to ship from the USA to your country, it normally takes 15-21 days for First Class, 7-14 days for Priority, 3-7 days for Express, and 3-5 days with Fedex International.
Customs: Please note that import customs duties, taxes and charges (VAT) may be assessed and are not included in the item price or shipping charges. We have no control over these taxes and they are the buyer's responsibility to pay. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. If you refuse to pay the taxes assessed on your package, and the package is returned to us, you are responsible for all shipping charges, both ways, plus a 15% restocking fee. Delays can happen in customs - sometimes hours, sometimes days. We have no control and cannot be held responsible for delays in your country's customs department. NOTE: Certain international customs departments have restrictions on replicas of blasters, guns, knives, and swords. Please verify with your respective customs departments to see if items like this can be shipped to your country. This is your responsibility - we cannot and will not be held responsible for items like this seized in foreign customs departments.
Packaging: Your item will ship in a durable shipping carton designed to protect the product. This will be the Manufacturer's shipping carton if available. We understand that some collectors desire a pristine display box and/or original shipping carton, and for an added handling fee we will send your product with the highest grade boxes on hand. We will also double up the shipping containers in order to protect the display box. NOTE: Even with this service we cannot guarantee the display box condition! We can only guarantee the condition of the item - insurance will not cover the condition of the shipping carton nor the display box. This service may not be available on larger packages. Contact us BEFORE BUYING for a handling quote and details regarding this additional service.

Payment: We accept payment in these forms: Paypal, VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Direct payments using a credit card can be processed via email or over the phone. Please email with any questions about payment.
Terms of Sale: Immediate payment is required to purchase a product. All orders usually ship within 24 - 48 hours (See item description for possible variations!) Please ask any / all questions before you commit to buy.
Customer Service: We pride ourselves on customer service. If you have any questions before or after your order, please feel free to email us with any questions or concerns during normal business hours (8 am to 5 pm M-F). WE ANSWER ALL EMAILS. If you do not hear back from us within a reasonable time frame, we did not receive your e-mail or you did not receive our answer. This sometimes happens due to junk filters, spam control, and/or ISP/server issues. Please e-mail us from a different e-mail account or feel free to call us, all our contact information is available to all winning buyers.
Returns: You must contact us within 14 days of receipt for returns and they will only be accepted if the item is in original, new, sealed condition. If you have opened the item, it is yours to keep and we cannot accept your return. You will be responsible for all shipping costs back to our warehouse. Before shipping the item you MUST contact us to receive an RMA number and instructions for the return. Failure to do this could result in significant delays in processing your return. Once we have the item back in our possession and have determined that the goods are in 100% new/sealed condition, we will refund 100% of the original purchase price of the item. Neither initial shipping costs nor your return costs will be refunded. If your item had free shipping, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must have all packaging and documentation as supplied by the manufacturer. Remember - if we can't resell it as new/sealed, at our discretion, we can't accept your return. If we determine that the goods are not in new/sealed condition, your return may be subjected to a 20% restocking fee and/or we may dispute your return. If you refuse your order or your order is returned to us for any reason, you are responsible for all shipping costs including initial costs. If your item had free shipping, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Defective, Damaged, Lost or Stolen items: We are Authorized Dealers of ALL the items we sell, and that means service before, during, and after the sale. If you buy through us, you are entitled to all the guarantees / warranties we get as Authorized Dealers. If the order we ship to you arrives defective, damaged, or is lost/stolen, we will have this replaced or repaired FREE OF CHARGE. If you receive something defective or damaged, please contact us immediately. We will provide you with instructions for the return and an RMA number to process your return. Returns processed without an RMA may result in significant delays. Because we are authorized dealers of every item we sell, we have options and we will work with you to get your item replaced or repaired as quickly as possible. If you alter or attempt to alter the product in any way, prior to communicating with us, we CANNOT and will not replace the item. NOTE: Damage to the shipping container and/or display box does NOT mean your item is damaged. The display box and shipping container are there to PROTECT your item, and they are not covered by shipping insurance.
