A fine early vintageand genuine partly printed document, filled in with details of a court case against a debtor. Document orders the debtor to be taken and his property confiscated to pay the debts that he had promised to pay.
(1743 - 1831) American Revolutionary, member of the Massachusetts Provincial Congress and House of Representatives. partly-printed D.S. as court clerk, 1pp. 8vo., Cumberland Co., Ma., April 25, 1804, . Part of the Convention of 1774, Provincial Congress, 1775 and 1778. Very good.No odors. A few minor archival acid free repairs on reverse.
