Orders normally take 4-7 business days, up to 10 business days during the busy holiday season. Packages are shipped with no signature guarantee. You must agree to delivery without the signature. We will only ship to the 48 continental United States. We will not ship to any APO or FPO addresses. We use a variety of shipping services, depending on best rates and service available.

Please make sure the Ship-To address you input during checkout is correct. We are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses and bare no liability for such delivery failures. We will only ship to confirmed US addresses. We do not ship internationally nor do we ship to PO Boxes at this time.

Please do not ship the item back to us, in many cases the item will need to be shipped back directly to the manufacturer. Please wait for our instruction and approval. We'd be happy to make an exchange or refund the product price less S&H. For buyers remorse youpay for return shipping and a 20-25% restocking fee may apply.
