This is an antique or vintage miniature portrait of a young lady in a frame that looks like brass with faux pearls around the center oval and a speckled turquoise colored stone at the top. I do not know anything about it but I will describe what I see. The glass is curved and the back is velvet pronged in. There is a loop at the back to hang it. I can\'t tell what the portrait is, print, watercolor or not, but there are tiny specks in the coloring when using a magnifying glass but to me it looks like the texture of the paper as seen in the last photo. It still is very well done with nice detail. The frame is 5 1/4\" by 4\" with the oval being at the velvet back 3 1/2\" by just over 2 3/4\". Condition is very good but the tip of the frame in the center is broken off as seen in the 8th and 9th photos, no idea what it may look like. It looks like the paper is a little wavy as seen in the 11th photo. Regardless of the print it is still a great frame.
