Antique - Late 19th C. "gorham" Sterling Silver Perfume Bottle Signed & Numbered For Sale

What a beautifully designed curved bottle with a stunning floral spray cascading down the front. On the back there are floral buds ascending from the leaves with a beautiful fancy S engraved at the top. The lid fits snugly with its original sterling chain moving freely.

Gorham marked the bottle on the floral curved tip with the Lion (facing right), Anchor & G mark that they used the last quarter of the 19th Century. It is also marked Sterling & 239. It is in excellent condition. The bottle measures 3-1/4" long x 13/16" wide x approx. 3/8" thick and weights 19 grams.

We purchased this perfume bottle from a prominent retired Western North Carolina Jewelers estate and it has remained in my personal collection for over 20 years.

    All packages are shipped USPS Priority Mail. We  combine to save on shipping.  If the item is large and heavy we will ship it UPS. Most of our large paintings are shipped UPS.

   All of our items are packed very well and double boxed to insure they will arrive safely.  In most cases we will mark where the box is best opened. Our response reflects the extra measures we take to insure your items arrives undamaged.

   The shipping and insurance charges are the actual estimated shipping charges and never inflated with NO handling fees added.

  We try to accurately describe and properly depict all items. If the item is damaged please contact us within 48 hours before returning the item to be advised on an insurance claim. 

Returns: We have a 14 day return policy on most items. The item needs to be packed exactly as received including packing material, the item can not be damaged or altered in any way, any tags can not be removed or tampered with and the item can not be used. We must be notified by email at that the item will be returned within 3 days (packages received on Friday must be notified by Monday) of receiving the item so we will not pay our consignor. The buyer is to pay for all shipping and insurance involved in returning the item to us. We will pay for shipping and return shipping only if another item number was accidentally shipped than what you purchased. A refund in the amout of the high offer or purchase price minus shipping and insurance will be refunded upon us receiving the item and inspecting it. The refund will be made at Paypal within 14 days after receiving the item.

We do not accept returns on any precious metal items including, sterling silver, 10kt., 14kt., 18kt. and 24kt. Gold or any other variation of gold and silver.
