Some minor pin holes/fabric flaws as to be expected of a garment of this age, but no large holes or tears but for a few slits to the hemline on the batiste ruffle on the back train from contact with the ground

    Measurements are with the garment fully expanded. Measurements are the size of the dress, not the body they will fit. Allow for ease, dresses must have considerable ease to fit and drape properly. I am not responsible if a garment does not fit; remember dresses were cut differently and for smaller/shorter/flatter-chested figures than today. Thus NO RETURNS for vintage garments, your offer means you are willing to comply with these terms.

    DOMESTIC SHIPPING

    As PayPal requires tracking all items are mailed Priority Mail with delivery confirmation unless they are small and less than 13 ounces wrapped, then I will send first class with delivery confirmation. Heavy items will go Parcel Select. Anything under 3 pounds is Cheaper by Priority. Items over $250.00 have Signature Confirmation included as part of the shipping price. I print my labels online so they are legible and they will be sent to your shipping address in your Paypal payment, so make sure it is correct.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

    Please note that international shipping is more expensive than domestic. Priceless dresses are worth the cost of international shipping; ordinary items are not. Customs or import duties, taxes or other charges MAY be imposed when you collect your item and are not included in the item price or the shipping charges and are the buyer\'s responsibility. Please check with your country\'s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be and if the item is allowable for import to your country prior to offerding/buying. I do not charge a handling fee, so please do not handicap me with poor stars, as I can do nothing about the high cost of international shipping and still provide tracking that Paypal requires for both parties protection.

    Paying for International Insurance is a joke because if you read on the USPS Website you will see that they will not pay out if the description of the article and/or the price is displayed on the box. As the customs form clearly displays this information, any insurance paid for will be useless. So if your package does not reach you that is the risk you are agreeing to take when you offer as an International Buyer. My Post Mistress from hell knows my business, so please do not ask me to mark your item as a gift or with a low value, I cannot comply. Please note, it can take two weeks or more to clear customs and reach you.
