You can tell just by looking at the pictures and the textured detail that this four leaf clover like miniature finger or ring bowl is from the mid 19th century. Additionally one can confirm this as it has no country code of origin dating it to before the McKinley act of 1891. Beautiful and all hand painted. Measures 6" x 4" wide.
