Antique American Gem cast iron Toy Sewing Machine

This very special Toy Sewing Machine is mounted on a wooden board measuring 8 by 5-3/8 by 7/16 inches. The machine is in great condition and can be cleaned up to look like new if desired. On the stitch plate is the writing "Pat. Apl'd For." I tried to take a picture of it. The belt drive is unique to the American Gem; there is also an American Gem without the Belt Drive. Gold decorations are almost mint. This machine has a looper and forms a single chain-stitch. Everything moves freely and the machine needs a needle and it will be ready to sew. The machine stands 8-3/8 inches high, the large wheel has a diameter of 5-1/2 inches. I will dismantle the large wheel to prevent it from getting damaged. The wooden handle on the large wheel is all original. There is nothing missing or damaged on this "GEM".
