<img border="0"><br><a target="_blank"><img border="0"></a>ANTIQUE ANCIENT ASIAN CHINESE TIBETAN TANGKA TANKA RELIGIOUS TEXTILE, please look at the detail, especialy below the main deity,Ushnishasitatapattra with 1000 arms standing upon a multitude of egocentric people and dangerous or wild animals that have been tamed suggesting that there is nothing she can not control. She is a special form of the goddess Tara. The detail is excellent suggesting a painting of the early to mid 17th century. The aura or body halo along with the shape of the head is of the Rebgong style of Eastern Tibet.Ushnishasitatapattra is a favorite of the Gelupka order: the year 1616 AD. The dark figures at the bottom are Mahakalas (probably Mahakal Panjaranatha) with a vajra club or gong in the right hand and a skull filled with elixir made from the blood and guts of demons.
