This could be Rindskopf or Kralik.or Loetz. Both Rindskopf and Kralik made bowls that looked like that, without any obvious details

that would direct you to one or the other. The bowls were ordered by the company that applied the bases to them. This was a common practice,

similar to that of adding silver overlay, which was never done at the glass factory, but at the factory that applied silver and then marketed the pieces.
