Antique Art Nouveau Glass Bride's Basket Bowl Vtg Tufts Silverplate Holder Frame:
ANTIQUE ART NOUVEAU GLAS BRIDE'S BASKET BOWL VINTAGE SILVERPLATE HOLDER FRAME
A very lovely and unusual, antique, Art Nouveau Silver Plate Basket or Bowl Frame. It has a beautiful Art Nouveau design and reads underneath " JAMES W. TUFTS BOSTON WARRANTED QUADRUPLE PLATE " (see photo). It measures approximately 5 1/8" high x 7" across x 4 1/2" wide and the base is about 4 1/4" in diameter. This frame has an interesting design with two decorations on the inside that look like handles. The distance between these inside decorations is about 4 3/8". The inside bottom section measures about 3 11/16" in diameter and a depth of about 1 5/16". The distance between the curving flowers on each side is about 5 1/8". The top ring around the entire piece is a gold color and the rest looks silver. This antique frame is in good condition with no breaks or repairs to the metal and I see no dents or bends. The silver plate is worn and there are minor scratches, from age and use, but it still displays beautifully! A very lovely, vintage, Art Nouveau Silverplate Bowl or Basket Frame to use or add to any collection. Being offered as is and with .
