Antique cotton lace collar with lovely tulle lace border and schiffli inner portion. The schiffli part is riddled with holes, probably best as a cutter piece. The outer tulle lace measures 2 yards 20"long, a good amount for doll dressing. Piece measures 30" around inner collar by 11.5" wide. Clean shape, ecru shade. Thank you for your offers.
