This Dresden tea for two set is absolutely fabulously gorgeous and amazing. The set includes:

• Teapot
• Teapot (The teapot and lid measure 6 ¼” tall)
• Sugar bowl
• Sugar bowl lid (The sugar bowl with lid are 3 ¾ “ tall)
• 2 demitasse cups
• 2 saucers
• Large (Tray measures 12 ¾” by 10")
  

The set is complete and in great condition – amazing for its age and fragility. Each portrait is of a beautiful young woman; each is signed by the artist, N, C. Kiesel. Conrad Kiesel (1846-1921) was an award winning artist who won honorable mention in the Paris Exhibicion Universalle in 1900 and also painted for KPM.

There is a name on the bottom of each piece as well as the marks (see photos). The names on the bottom appear to be: Clementine Wasserrase (?sp) Mdm

The gold designs on each piece are elaborate and beautifully painted. There are a few scratches and virtually no gold loss to the pieces. The tray has very slight wear, much less that would be expected.

Due to the fragility of the set, the items will be packed in several small boxes within a larger substantial box.
