I have two cherub chandeliers for sale but this listing is for one and the winning buyer will have the opportunity to purchase the matching cherub chandelier at the same price,if required!!
A charming and delightful bronze French antique winged flying cherub chandelier,dating to 1920'sThis gorgeous cherub/cupid carries a crystal shade.He is so sweet with his chubby facial features,curled hair and chubby legs.The chandelier has been fitted with a replaced bulb holder,chain and pretty ceiling rose and has been rewired.The shade consists of long rows of sparkling lead crystal octogan buttons with long crystal icicle drops beneath each,which suspend from an ornate bronze bobeche.It is in fabulous vintage condition and is now ready to be checked and fitted by a qualified person.The chandelier will require a small fitting bayonet bulb.Maximum drop approx 17" (44cms),including the chain and ceiling fitting.Overall width 9" and the cherub measures 7" from finger tip to toe..An absolutely delightful chandelier for any interior.Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any queries (but please dont leave it until the last minute (as i am not always available) and please remember that vintage and antique items invariably show signs of age and usage and therefore will not be "pristine",but i will always endeavour to point out any major flaws or damage that i can see.All items are carefully packed and posted with tracking and insurance included.Postage is by Parcelforce 48 to UK with insurance or collection is most welcomed.OVERSEAS buyers...Please contact me for postage costs.
