Antique Georgian Bilston/ Enamel Patch Box This collectable antiqueBilston / enamelpatch box dates from the Georgian era. Thebottom part of the boxhas a sky blue enamelledexterior with a white enamelled interior. The box has a glass hinged lid, which opens with just the right amount of tension and closes with a click. The box measures approximately 3cms width x 2.2cms height x 1.5cms depth. There are hairline cracks / crazing to the enamel inside and out and a couple of small edge chips to the base. The hinged glass lid is in very good condition, there are no cracks / damage to the glass. It's possible that the glass lid is a replacement for the original enamel lid.
