We ship USPS parcel post withtracking!
Please note: You will receive a tracking number once the item has shipped. It's reviewable under order details on original sale page.We have a freight collection service pick up our boxes so each box is not individually scanned. In addition, USPS does not update their tracking system very frequently. The tracking number may not show that it is updating. Your order has been sent and will be there shortly.

International Customers
We ship USPS priority international only.
Tracking numbers will be sent once the item has been shipped.
We domark gift on the customs papers. This means that you are responsible for paying all import and duty fees into your country.
If you have not received your box please take these following steps before contacting us:
1.) Check the calender, USPS does not work on American holidays and in some areas weekends. Your box should take 7-10 business days to reach its destination. Sometimes longer if you are on a military base or in a remote location.
2.) Call your local post office.
3.) If you still can not track it down, please sendus a message and I will contact our USPS representative and attempt to track it down.
